A1. Projects

Employers can sign up for FREE, post a project, receive bids from Consultants/Freelancers, review the freelancer's portfolio and discuss the project requirements. If the employer choose to award the project, and the Consultant/Freelancer accepts, we charge the employer a small project fee relative to the value of the selected bid, as an introduction fee. The cost and how the fee is charged depend on the type of project.

For fixed price projects, a fee of 2% or £2.00 GBP (whichever is greater) is levied at the time a project that has been awarded by the employer has been accepted by each candidate you award. If the employer subsequently pays the candidate more than the original bid amount we will also charge the project fee on any overage payments. For hourly projects, a fee of 2% is levied on each payment as it is made to the candidate.

The employer may cancel the project from their dashboard at any time for up to seven (7) days after the project has been accepted for a full refund of fees.  Optional project upgrades may be purchased.

A2. Services

At the time of ordering a service, employers must provide funds equivalent to the total service price. The payment is protected by the Escrow  Payment System and only released once the employer is 100% happy with the work that has been delivered.

Consultants/Freelancers can sign up for FREE, create a profile, select skills of projects they are interested in, upload a portfolio, receive project notifications, discuss project details with employers, bid on projects (free members receive initially 8 bids per month) and enter contests. Optional bid upgrades may be purchased to promote a bid.

B1. Projects

For fixed price projects, if a Consultant/Freelancer  is awarded a project, and he/she accepts, we charge the Consultants/Freelancers a small project fee relative to the value of the selected bid, as an introduction fee. If the Consultant/Freelancer is subsequently paid more than the original bid amount, we will also charge the project fee on any overage payments.

For hourly projects, the fee is levied on each payment as it is made by the employer to you. The fee for fixed price projects is 2% or £2.00 GBP, whichever is greater, and 2% for hourly projects.

B2. Services

If the candidate/freelancer is subsequently hired to perform a Service, a 10% fee of the total service price is charged. This is charged when the service is ordered by way of a deduction from the payment you receive.
