I am pleased to write about Mr Christopher Dike, the Chief Executive Officer of Microrank International. Chris and I had worked together at the British Council Lagos for five years (2002 – 2007, where he was at the fore-front of managing several projects at the British Council, such as the British Chevening Scholarship (global UK-government funded programme), Commonwealth Scholarship Award and International Seminars, Higher Education Links and UK Education management. Chris was very instrumental at the management of the annual UK Education exhibition in Nigeria where over sixty UK higher institutions participated during his years of service at the British Council and he received an East and West African regional award for quality service delivery. His work helped his team to achieve its objectives of excellent rating from both the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) and the UK Global Education Partnerships.

Chris is very outstanding in customer service management, training facilitation and management, information service and system administration, education promotion and marketing, events and project management, strategic development of business relationship and model between institutions and bodies as well as a high level of IT competency. I Worked closely with Chris on the education sector of the British Council Nigeria, particularly during the British Council Education UK exhibition in 2005 where he applied very high  level customer care skill, database development and effective relationship marketing which ensured quality attendance of  a good balance of Postgraduate and undergraduate enquirers at the exhibition.
